good news first - great front desk / cashier service
Bad news - Got a cold brew latte, because the image showed a beverage that was 50% coffee and 50% milk. What I got was milk with coffee flavor.
When I asked her why there is such a difference between the product I wanted and the product I got, she only replied "because that is the way I serve it".
Well here is how I serve my rating.
My tip to the floor manager, do a service training with your staff and communicate to your marketing team that your images are blatant mispresentation of what is being actually served.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always consistent and yummy regardless of where you are in the world. This store has a very small main floor but has really nice seating and a lot of it downstairs. They have clean bathrooms but a code is required and the code is printed on the receipt. They also have good, open wifi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an apple pie, a slice of a banana bread and a matcha latte.
I didn't like the matcha latte much this time, it had a strange taste but the rest of the things were very delicious.
The apple pie was not too sweet and was made of delicious apples. The banana bread was really good as well.
