Na první schůzku dorazil a po prohlídce domu mi řekl, že to nebude problém a že to bude stát pár korun a že mi pošle předběžnou nabídku. Bylo to v červenci a realizaci nové krytiny přislíbil na přelom září a října. Prý toho má hodně. Plánoval jsem v té době drobnou rekonstrukci vikýře, tak jsme se dohodli, že si to přijede ještě jednou zaměřit, jak to budu mít nachystané. Koncem prázdnin to také takto proběhlo. Bylo mi divné, že nereaguje na SMS a neodpovídá na emaily, ale telefon bral. Nicméně od té chvíle to začalo. Kalkulaci nikdy neposlal, termín nástupu neustále odkládal s tím, že se ozve příští týden a najednou byl listopad. Někdy koncem listopadu mi přestal brát telefon, na SMS a emaily nereagoval už předtím . Zima na krku, já půl střechy přikryté pouze plachtou a pan Harbich mi nebere telefon. Nakonec jsem musel koupit lepší plachtu, protože v listopadu už jsem nikoho nesehnal a snad přečkám zimu. Tuto firmu rozhodně nedoporučuji. I was interested in a new sheet metal roofing. At that time, I was planning a minor reconstruction of the dormer, so we agreed that it would come again to see how I would have it ready. By the end of the holiday, it was like this. I was strange that he did not respond to SMS and did not respond to emails, but he took the phone. However, from that moment on it began. He never sent a calculation, he postponed the date of arrival, saying it would be coming next week and suddenly it was November. Sometime in late November, he stopped taking my phone, not responding to SMS and emails before. Cold on my neck, I half covered the roof, and Mr. Harbich is not answering my phone. In the end, I had to buy a better sail, because in November I could not find anyone and hopefully will survive the winter. I definitely do not recommend this business.
