★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ani omylem. Za 2 roky celkem asi 15 objednávek nám přivezli bagr 1x na smluvený čas. Stejně tak odvoz smluvený čas snad 2x včas. Cena je účtována samozřejmě za celý den přestože bagr včas nebyl dovezen. Z 15 objednávek nejméně 8x dovezla bagr úplně jiná firma která si, ale účtovala úplně jiné peníze - více. Za chybějící palivo cca 1-2 litry účtována plná nádrž. Pokud máte najmuté dodavatele na práci a pak čekáte na bagr půl dne máte problém platíte za čekání a práce žádné na náhradu zapomeňte. rozhodně nedoporučuji to, že je vstřícný a ochotný personál je fajn, ale toto je dle mne důležitější.

If you have hired a contractor to work and then wait for the excavator for half a day you have a problem paying for the wait and work any compensation forget. I definitely do not recommend that the helpful and helpful staff is nice, but this is more important to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Týden dopředu objednaný stroj , zaplacená doprava lidi, den vyzvednutí vám na místě oznámí , že stroj je půjčený, náhradní řešení žádný jen ať si zavolám jinam, jednání ze strany zaměstnanců šílený , nedoporučuji nikomu tuto firmu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prevádzka na ČM je zrušená. Objednal som si vibračnú dosku na pondelok ráno, objednával som to týždeň dopredu aby som mal istotu, že to budem mať pripravené. V pondelok ráno som tam prišiel a vibračná doska tam nebola- vraj ju ešte nevrátil predchádzajúci nájomník. Mal to vrátiť hneď ráno. Bohužiaľ na toho pána nemali ani tel. číslo, takže som nevedel ako a kedy vráti vybračnú dosku. Po 15 minútach čakania som naslepo išiel do půjčovny AGILE kde mali na výber viac vybračných dosiek. Dosku som si vyskúšal a požičal tam. AGILE - super obsluha odporúčam. STAVES - koli situácii ktorá nastala neviem posúdiť.

After 15 minutes of waiting, I went blind to the AGILE rental shop, where they had a choice of more selection boards. I tried the board and rented it there. AGILE - great service I recommend. STAVES - I can't judge any situation that occurred.
