★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Termín objednán on-line. Potvrzení mailem i do SMS zprávy. Tři dny před termínem, připomenutí termínu. Super. Přijela jsem, zaparkovala na krytém, předala v okýnku TP a klíčky. Odešla si zařídit své věci. Po 60 minutách jsem se vrátila a vše hotové, doklady vrácené včetně stvrzenek za platbu. Jediný kontakt byl s paní v okénku a ta byla velmi milá.

I arrived, parked in the indoor, handed over the TP and the keys in the window. She went to arrange her things. After 60 minutes I returned and everything was done, documents returned including receipts for payment. The only contact was with the lady in the window and she was very nice.

I made a reservation with my Czech friend one week before. Then I went alone to the STK Liberec directly, one technician can speak a little English. I left my car there and went to Forum since the STK took one and half hour. The STK check went smoothly.
