I was very pleased with the large selection of everything possible for DIY, hobbies, haberdashery, I do not know a similar store in the area and that is why I would rather the staff represent this. Unfortunately, I came across questions mainly in the crochet section, yarn, but even with pendants. The staff several times did not know and could not advise me, overall, the lady gives the impression that they manage the goods but do not know. And that's not all, several times I heard the staff talking about the fact that they have total confusion in the goods, they can't catch up and they can't handle it. I stopped here several times in the evening and this is really the worst time you can ask the staff something because they were always uncomfortable. In the same way, once in the evening they had 3 customers waiting at the cash register, but the lady who managed the cash register preferred to talk to her colleague about fabrics (I wouldn't be surprised if she complained again that she couldn't do something). the cashier was sarcastic again, uncomfortable, slow, and generally incompetent. Another bad experience occurred when I accidentally bought the same hook twice and the cashier didn't want to change my product because it was 3 minutes before closing, which I understand, but I really think that every normal cashier would have it once or twice. Unfortunately, this lady doesn't. I understand, I bought a lot, the receipt was long, I wasn't angry, I came back another day. They returned the goods to me, but without a receipt? When I asked if the lady kept the receipt, she said that yes, when the goods are returned, they keep the receipt, but when I asked what if I wanted to return other goods from the receipt, the lady so called and annoyed me with the words "so you get it. take it! " she gave the receipt back. I really don't understand how this works in this store. Really, every time I was here I had a bad experience with the staff and I'm sorry because I thought for a long time how the Haberdashery is missing haberdashery. Unfortunately, he doesn't want to come back to me at this moment. The staff should think about why I have the impression that they don't really want to be there at all - no, sorry, work ...
