The center of the Monastery Serviced Area at St. Michal is a formerly Romanesque parish church of St. Michal. The complex consists of six other buildings, part of which facing a significant location on the Old Town Square opposite the Town Hall. The building is one of the most valuable monuments of Prague, national and European significance. The founding of the one-nave church falls within the range of 1150-1200, which was confirmed by archaeological research in 1989. It was a single-nave structure, ending with a semicircular apse. The burials took place inside the church and in the cemetery surrounding the church from the north and the south. In the 13th century burials took place in the church crypt. Centrem klášterního areálu servitů u sv. Michala je bývalý původně románský farní kostel sv. Michala. Komplex se sestává z šesti dalších staveb, část z nich je na významném místě Staroměstského náměstí naproti radnici. Stavba patří mezi nejcennější památky pražského, národního a evropského významu. Založení jednolodního kostela spadá do rozmezí let 1150–1200, což potvrdil archeologický výzkum v roce 1989. Do areálu patří: bývalý kostel sv. Michala (čp. 662) - čp. 460, dům U černého (zlatého) anděla - čp. 461, dům Vilímkovský, U Kryštofa - čp. 462, dům U Smertošů, U bílého lva - čp. 653, býv. klášter servitů u sv. Michala - čp. 970, bývalý klášter servitů u sv. Michala - čp. 971, bývalý klášter servitů u sv. Michala - vnitřní dvory - románská zeď a studna v kostele sv. Michala Centrem klášterního areálu. U něj bývala fara, farský dvůr, hřbitov a škola. To celé a další dva domy byly věnovány servitům v roce 1627.
