★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atmosphere is great, food is average, nothing really special as they use a lot of prefabricated profucts and overburn some sides such as corn. The Customer Service and care however is bad in terms of prioritizing reservations and applying first come first serve service. the staff is kind but one coock for the whole pub just cannot cover it, not to mention during peak times. Get ready to wait for your meal 40+ mins and receive it not at once, but in the order the cook prepares it ??? in addition there are several servers but don't have a clear assignment so service is a bit chaotic. It's not the first time I had this experience thus I really wouldn't recommend it unless you have hours to waste at this place
