★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Katastrofa, mali sme záujem o náušničky pre našu malú, ktoré ponúka eshop s info o dostupnosti "na dotaz". Tak som napísala email a dotazovala sa. Obratom mi prišla odpoveď, že ak chcem vedieť dostupnosť, mám vytvoriť objednávku. Po namietnutí, že nebudem objednávať niečo, čo neviem, či je dostupné a či by teda bolo toto možné zistiť od dodávateľa, sa pani majiteľka už neozvala. Z mojej strany teda nepochopiteľný prístup.
Disaster, we were interested in earrings for our little one, which offers an eshop with info on availability "on request". So I wrote an email and asked. I immediately received the answer that if I want to know availability, I have to create an order. After arguing that I would not order something that I do not know, whether it is available and whether it would be possible to find out from the supplier, the owner did not respond. So an incomprehensible approach on my part.
