Vzhledem k chaosu a neprofesionálnímu přístupu ze strany majitelky došlo k nevystavení dokladu o převzetí určitého množství zlata, které mělo být podle domluvy použito ke zhotovení zásnubního prstýnku. Takže jsme bez prstýnku i bez zlata. Toto zlatnictví určitě nedoporučuji. Velice nepříjemný přístup a arogantní chování.
We were very dissatisfied with the services of Mrs. Mazalkova. Due to the chaos and unprofessional attitude of the owner, there was no proof of taking over a certain quantity of gold, which was to be used to make a wedding ring according to the agreement. So we are without a ring without gold. I certainly do not recommend this goldsmith. Very unpleasant approach and arrogant behavior.
