Tento pramen dříve zásoboval blízký hrad Holstejn pitnou vodou
Pramen pramení pod zemí a po ca dvou metrech vytéká dřevěným korýtkem a po dalších dvou metrech se rozlévá a vsakuje do zeme
Tím pádem je prostor po studánkou dost rozbahneny
Voda je chutná ale na vlastní nebezpečí vzhledem k zemědělské činnosti
