J	Julie Weber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I was looking for an apartment in Prague, I got almost scammed twice and that's why I decided to book my room at studentroomflat, because I knew that was safe. I arrived and my room looked exactly as on the pictures. The whole flat did. My flatmates were super supportive and wonderful and always asked me if I wanna go out with them, which was really nice, especially in the beginning, when I didn't have so many friends in Prague. Every flat in the building was from Studentroomflat and so very fast people created a WhatsApp group and went to parties together. Our flat was in Zizkow (Prague 3) and it was super close to the city center and I really enjoyed the area itself, because of all the cheap food. We had a cleaning lady, what was absolutely amazing and she came once a week to clean. Besides that we had everything we needed like an iron, a clothes horse, a washing mashine (in the basement - cost like 3 euros to use it), and a couple supermarkets right around the corner. I am so grateful I booked my room, because being in this location, in my room, where I felt so comfortable in,(even with a single bed) with these people made my stay in Prague absolutely perfect.

I think some people don’t understand that they are a plateform, as can be Airbnb or other, but focused to renting for students. They make so easy finding an apartment from abroad and avoiding scams. And if you have problems dealing with your landlord they are there to support you as intermediaries. The apartment colorz was perfectly located and the experience to share it with others students as me was outstanding. Totally recommended

d	davide rociola on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did my Erasmus mobility in Portugal in one of the houses managed by them, an absolutely great experience, each house has a manager inside who has as main objective not to control but to create a familiar and comfortable environment for everyone through fun activities of all kinds. The house was really well kept, clean and there was no lack of comfort. Camilo coliving in Porto will always remain in my heart. Highly recommended.

The house was inhabited only by young international people who were all under contracts with Student-Room-flat. During the time of my stay all building was under heavy construction (which was not mentioned before renting a room). Due to constructions, it was extremely noisy from early morning to late night every day. Also, my flat was flooded because the house did not have any roof for few months! I had to change apartments after this experience. Me and my flatmates never received any compensation for that. Moreover, rooms do not look how they seem in pictures. Furniture is partly broken and we had some serious problems with wifi. Company was not very responsive to our concerns. Do not recommend, find something else. I'm adding pictures of my flooded room.
M	Michi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Now we got it, thank you... We just don't get our deposit!!! Attic Appartement, 15000 Prague. The appartment is nice and ok for Students. My son lived there for one year, he moved out at the end of August. Now its January and we still haven't received the deposit. Meanwhile we have already sent 5 emails, asking for a refund. But they only asked for the account details. Now we are at the end of our patience and can only hope. if that hadn't happened, my assessment would be consistently positive.
