Na salón jsem dostala doporučení od paní, která také pracuje v tomto oboru. Děvčata jsou neskutečně milé, empatické, ale zároveň i velmi profesionální. Do salónu jsem šla "zhroucena" z nepovedeného prodlužka a odcházela s úsměvem. Jsme v procesu "záchrany", ale už teď jsem nadmíru spokojená. Nadstandardně milý, přitom nevtíravý přístup v kombinaci s tím, že v salonu každý přesně ví co dělá a rozumí svému oboru.

I received a recommendation for the salon from a lady who also works in this field. The girls are incredibly nice, empathetic, but also very professional. I went to the salon "collapsed" from a failed extension and left with a smile. We are in the process of "rescue", but I am already extremely satisfied. Extremely nice, yet unobtrusive approach combined with the fact that everyone in the salon knows exactly what they are doing and understands their field.

Díky za vřelý přístup a příjemně strávený čas. A doufám, že bude brzy prostor a mrknu se i ke Gabče. Ještě jednou díky Katko, jste poklad.
Thanks to hairdresser Katka for saving hair today. I left home satisfied as I had not for a long time. I'll stay with you, because the highlight I have now is a complete gem. Thanks for the warm approach and pleasant time. And I hope that there will be space soon and I will also look at Gabča. Thanks again Katka, you are a treasure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tak tenhle salon, to je hotový poklad ?. Jestli chcete perfektní lashlifting a laminaci obočí, pak zajděte sem a už nebudete chtít jinam. Pro mě osobně je důvodem k další návštěvě nejen profesionalita, ale i celková atmosféra salonu a osobnost stylistky.
Gábi je strašně šikovná, charismatická, veselá a hlavně empatická. Když nemáte chuť si povídat, je to v pořádku. Necítíte takové to nepříjemné napětí, když konverzace vázne. Nemusíte nic, jen relaxovat ??♀️. Tenhle cit pro situaci, vnímání individuálních potřeb klienta, to mi u většiny salonů vždycky tak nějak chybělo. Najít někoho, kdo se postará o vaší maximální spokojenost - ne protože musí, ale protože miluje svojí práci a záleží mu na výsledku, je dneska celkem rarita. A tohle u Gábi rozhodně najdete. Pod to já se klidně podepíšu. ?❤️

For me personally, the reason for the next visit is not only professionalism, but also the overall atmosphere of the salon and the personality of the stylist.
Gabi is terribly clever, charismatic, cheerful and most importantly empathetic. If you don't feel like talking, that's fine. You don't feel that uncomfortable tension when the conversation gets stuck. You do not need anything, just relax ??♀️. This feeling for the situation, the perception of the client's individual needs, has always somehow been missing in most salons. Finding someone who will take care of your maximum satisfaction - not because they have to, but because he loves his job and cares about the result, is quite a rarity today. And you will definitely find this at Gabi. I'll be happy to sign it. ?❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zkušenost se slečnou Monikou bohužel tragická? Objednala jsem se pomoci webového formuláře na melír. Když jsem přišla ,Monika mi řekla,že ona nejdřív před barvou vlasy čistí, že rovnou barvit nebude…uplne ok mi to nepřišlo,ale dobře za 1700kč vyčištění vlasů a objednala jsem se tedy za týden. Dalsi navstevu mi 20min před zrušila,ze nemůže najit taxik,který by ji dovezl do salonu,super?.Když to konecne klaplo,Monika se me zeptala jakou mam cenovou predstavu ,řekla jsem,ze za vlasy po ramena platím okolo 3tis.Kc ,na to mi sdělila, že ona se do 4tis.nevejde?? Ale Dobře,když uz jsem tam byla…bohužel jsem odchazela s fialovou hlavou a příslibem,že 1-2myti a bude to krasný svetlý studený melír.No bohužel,když se to vymylo(za 2tydny),vubec to nebylo to,co mělo navic melir byl udelany s odrostem takovym,že kdybych na něj nešla,nikdo to nepozná. Zkusila jsem slečnu oslovit a požádat o opravu ,s fotodokumentaci,odpověď za tyden a začlo slibování terminu,který vždy pak zas zrušila,že to nestihne,pak přestala odpovidat úplně?. Nejvic zarážející na tom vsem je ale slečny sebevědomí, sebejistota a arogance?♀️ Za me opravdu nejhorší zkušenost s kadernictvím za 15let,co si vlasy nechávám barvit.

She canceled my next visit 20 minutes before that she couldn't find a taxi to take her to the salon, super. but she told me that she would not fit into 4 thousand. washed out (in 2 weeks), it was not at all what the extra melir was made with a growth such that if I did not go to it, no one will know. I tried to contact the young lady and ask for a correction, with photo documentation, an answer in a week, and the promise of a deadline began, which she always canceled that she would not make it, then she stopped answering completely. But the most striking thing about all of them is the girls' self-confidence, self-confidence and arrogance.
