I have now been for the second time to this clinic what an outstanding team I take my hat off to all the staff and the surgeons in my opinion I believe the patient care and facilities could be awarded some of the best in the world.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a gastric sleeve surgery in this clinic 6 years ago.
I have been told by the doctor that they will remove around %70 of my stomach in order to lose the right weight!!!
After the surgery and when I came back to London and after I had a special scan to find out what is the current stomach size they found out that they have only removed £20 of the size !!!!
The doctor in uk said unfortunately they have done to you full surgery with all the pain and cost for nothing and you won't be able to lose the weight you need to lose.
They have cheated me big time and don't understand why did they do this to me!!!???

The Results are terrible it looks worse now than before surgery.
I have sent Emails requesting a response as I am very dissapointed.
No response what So ever!!
I also thought the dr you see before Surgery and her assistant were very stand offish and rude.
I will never go back to this hospital or recommend to anybody thinking of having surgery here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have just come back from Surgal Clinic. The clinic is amazing, it's clean, fresh and tidy. The staff are great. They all go above and beyond what they needed to do. They are willing to help out whenever and where ever possible to make your stay there amazing. The surgeon was amazing too. She even cancelled her holiday to make sure we were doing ok. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who asks about surgery

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had breast augmentation in October. I was booked in for implants and restructure after substantial weight loss. For the first 3 months everything looked fine but when the swelling went down my new breasts started to droop. I took the advice of Dr Justan who advised me I didn't need implants, just augmentation. This was very poor advice or a money making exercise. The Surgal Clinic now want nearly three times what I initially paid to put an implant in with full augmentation. Very poor advice and after service. They have tried to blame the elasticity of my skin being very good hence the droop but an experienced surgeon should have identified this. I am now booked in to an English clinic, where I should have gone to start with. The clinic itself is extremely nice, like a 5* hotel with excellent staff it's just unfortunate that the surgery isn't the same.
