It's not a problem that they cannot speak English. The problem is that they won't. Staff is rude and unhelpful.

Never, never, never-ever come here!!! It is the worst hospital I've visited EVER. People are not welcome here, it's dirty and smells bad here. Not a good experience at all.

Watch out! Do not go to the emergency room here! They do not speak English and are not willing to help. If you feel unwell, call 112 and ask for help there.

This was not "Hotel Ritz" :) I was taken here with bone fracture. I was treated correctly and the stuff did everything for my recovery. Thank you!

Horror tragedy of a hospital. The dental clinic is ridiculous. Its the only dental Pohotovost in this region of the country, and yet its disastorous :D There's a lot to unpack here. When you first arrive, you have to buy a ticket for ninety crowns in cash from this scary machine that's hidden behind a corner. There's usually extremely long lines as its the only place of its kind here. Expect to wait at least an hour, i've been here thrice and usually id wait 2 hours or just leave because they closed up before i got my turn. They treat foreigners horrible. Half of the staff is untrained for some reason. In my exam they gave me anaesthesia the wrong way. A trainee proceeded to pull my tooth, she had no idea what she was doing, kept asking the nurses for instructions and jabbing me in my gums hard with metal instruments? They dont give you a diagnosis. No pill perscriptions. They just try to relieve your pain for a while and then give you a written recommendation to visit your dentist urgently. Its a good idea to try St. Anne's hospital in Brno for urgent problems. Honestly you don't have many options here so you may have to visit, just be wary. Here's my advice: Make sure noone cuts in line infront of you. Arrive during less busy hours. Bring ninety crowns cash. The machine doesnt accept all coins so bring spares. They don't communicate english so you'll have to sort that too. Try to tell them if you think they're making a mistake, because they do it often. My boyfriend had been here too and they literally operated a wrong tooth?? Like he told them which one and they just treated the one next to it :) so yea good luck And watch out for the nurses they can be very nasty but i can't imagine they get paid much, plus there's 40-50 patiens a day there.

Everything fine for me. Young polite doctors and very clean equipment. X-ray also very new and modern. I think bad reviews are for hospital BEFORE RECONSTRUCTION!

We arrived to the hospital at midnight. At the gate met a terribly unpleasant "bratnik" who did not want to explain to us how to get into the locked hospital. The first nurse who attended us told us off for coming this late. We were the only patients in the place and still were kept waiting for a very long time. If the hospital is open to help those in acute pain, why this appalling treatment? And if they are not willing to attend patients after midnight, why does the hospital claim to be open 24 hours?

Good emergency dental service, quick and the dentist spoke excellent English. The 90 kc tax can be paid by card. The doctor forgot to give me the prescription but that was solved quickly with a phone call.
