★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jsem rád že tato služba existuje, ale když jsem přišel na pohotovost, sestřička u příjmu se každého pacienta ptala "Proč jste nepřišel během pracovních hodin?" což mi přijde absurdní otázka od někoho kdo má přijímat pacienty na pohotovosti a vytváří to velmi nevlídnou atmosféru. Sama pro sebe si pak brblala že "lidé chodi do práce a nestarají se o své zdravi, měli by přijít hned jak je začne něco trápit", jenže kdyby se takhle choval každý tak by zřejmě byly nemocnice ještě preplnenejsi a lidé taky mají i nějaké jiné povinnosti v životě než chodit po doktorech. Když se té sestřičky pak nějaká paní ptala jestli tuší jak dlouho to bude trvat než bude ošetřena (v té chvíli byla čekárna prázdná), že minule čekala asi 2 hodiny tak sestřička říkala že ji to nedokáže říct, paní to vzdala a odešla a sestřička na to zareagovala tak že řekla "asi jí to tolik nebolelo" (přitom paní mohla jenom jít do jiné nemocnice nebo k jinému lékaři když tady se ji to zdálo marné).
Následně jsem byl na ambulanci objednán na nějaký čas a i když jsem dorazil včas tak jsem musel čekat ještě 30 minut než na mě dorazila řada aniž by mě někdo informoval.
Doktoři pak ale byli milí a jasně mi sdělili co mi je a jaký je další postup.
 I'm glad this service exists, but when I came to the emergency room, the nurse at the reception asked each patient, "Why didn't you come during business hours?" which strikes me as an absurd question from someone who has to accept patients in the emergency room and it creates a very unfriendly atmosphere. She then muttered to herself that "people go to work and don't care about their health, they should come as soon as something starts to bother them", but if everyone behaved like this, hospitals would probably be even more crowded and people also have some other duties in life than going to the doctors. When the nurse asked the nurse if she knew how long it would take before she was treated (at that moment the waiting room was empty) that last time she waited for about 2 hours, the nurse said she couldn't tell her, the lady gave it up and left and the nurse on she reacted by saying "it probably didn't hurt so much" (while the lady could only go to another hospital or to another doctor when it seemed futile to her).
Subsequently, I was booked at the ambulance for a while, and even though I arrived on time, I had to wait another 30 minutes before it was my turn without anyone informing me.
But the doctors were nice and clearly told me what was wrong with me and what the next step was.
