★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Příšernost. Strašné jednání, drzé a namyšlené, bezohledné - přišla jsem s akutním výronem ve vykloubeném koleni, nechali mne čekat na zemi a nakonec mne pan doktor odmítl, že musíme na traumatologii, ale paní recepční nás objednala, kdyby to snad nevyšlo....
Načež druhý den volám, jestli termín platí a slečna v telefonu se ozve, že ,,TO JSTE SE ZBLÁZNILA, CHODIT K NÁM S TÍMTO?! To je BANALITA". A ještě slyším v telefonu, jak někomu polohlasně říká, že jsem pošahaná ženská. A dost. Ne, už NIKDY. Jedině do soukromé kliniky....
Terror. Terrible behavior, rude and conceited, ruthless - I came with an acute sprain in a dislocated knee, they left me waiting on the ground and finally the doctor denied me that we had to go to traumatology, but the receptionist ordered us if it didn't work out ....
Then the next day I'm calling to see if the deadline is valid and the young lady on the phone says, "YOU'RE GOING CRAZY, WALK TO US WITH THIS ?! That's BANALITY. "And I can still hear on the phone telling someone in a low voice that I'm a crazy woman. And enough.
