O našem SUSHI
Víte, jaké je tajemství výborného sushi? Samozřejmě v prvotřídních čerstvých surovinách, ve znalosti kvality ryb a nesmí se podcenit ani výběr kvalitní odrůdy rýže. Velkou roli také hraje příprava a skladování. Sushi, které je čerstvě připraveno má vždy jinou chuť než sushi, které leželo několik hodin v chladící vitríně. V chladu vysychá a ztrácí svou chuť. U nás se sushi nikdy nepřipravuje dopředu. Někdy to způsobí, že si na svou objednávku chvilku počkáte, ale věřte, že se snažíme o kvalitu a ne rychlost. S našimi sushisty máte záruku, že ochutnáte to nejlepší, co sushi nabízí.
