I highly recommend the services of this wedding salon. As a properly pleased mother of the first bride in the family, I also wanted to fulfill my dream, because there was no such thing in my young years. I was amazed by the professionalism, helpfulness and willingness as well as the beauty of the dress. The owner advised us with an expert eye, willingly met our requirements for adjusting the dress we had chosen, and helped with the selection of suitable accessories. We haven't experienced that in rental shops. The clothes fell like a glove, they were perfectly prepared, everything went together.

I can only and only recommend wedding studios. The lady owner and her daughter were very accommodating, helpful. They asked me for an idea of ​​the dress and advised how it would be appropriate. I was able to try everything I liked twice, when I was undecided in the final. All adjustments were made willingly and perfectly. They also helped me choose a shirt for the groom in the color and full of beautiful accessories for the dress. Compared to rentals, the atmosphere on the day of selection and testing is incomparable. A pleasant environment in which the bride enjoys her day to the fullest ?

First of all, I want to praise the dress, it is really beautiful, but unfortunately I do not have a good experience here. I was here to choose a dress and it originally seemed like a pleasant arrangement, but when I left, it only left me with negative feelings. The lady who took care of me and the entourage was very uncomfortable and visibly annoyed. When I chose a few dresses for rehearsals, many of them said to me - "it wouldn't suit you" and that's how it went. For some it was the last pieces, this is understandable, but for others certainly not. My experience is that even though I tried bigger sizes elsewhere, the staff pinned it to see it, and even though the staff elsewhere thought it wouldn't fit, they still showed me the clothes so I could see it with my own eyes. So not here. Elsewhere, they also took my clothes off the mannequins, here when I said that I really like some of them, the lady just ignored it. As I tried to move in the dress, lean forward differently, and dance to see if the dress would allow me to fall out without them falling out, the lady looked at me like a total idiot. So I don't know about other brides, but I plan to dance at my wedding a lot and not just a waltz. When I tried to straighten the siding and couldn't even bend over in the dress, not that the lady would help me, but again she almost shouted at me that I wouldn't do this at the wedding. I also tried to imagine what the dress would look like on me if I didn't just stand like a statue and thus the fabric just shifted somewhere, layered, etc. The lady scolded me again that I wouldn't crouch. So I definitely can't stand the whole day like a statue, and I'd like to sit down to lunch, and if my clothes make me monstrous or don't let me sit down, I obviously won't want them. The maximum arrogance that the lady was showing was already starting to get on my nerves. I understand that he has experience, but I am getting married and I am getting married for the first time and I am not a dummy. The icing on the cake was that I couldn't take a picture and had to pay CZK 400 for this whole event. As for the price, it is exorbitant, but ok, if you choose a dress, it will knock you down, but I have not encountered such a high price either in Brno or in Prague. The famous salon in Brno took CZK 100 and a nice smiling lady devoted two hours to us. But as for the photo shoot, I don't understand it until today and I haven't met it anywhere else. The lady simply told us in disapproval that they were not allowed to take pictures with them. Great, so how do I buy that dress when I'm not sure and need to look again? Do I have to go through this martyr again? So they don't need everything, they have everything on the pages or on the instagram. If it is not there, it will be within 14 days. But the lady lied like she was printing. After two months, the clothes are neither there nor there, so if I wanted to choose them, I would keep them in mind. I would expect a much better and more helpful approach from a salon that charges such money for services and for sewing clothes in general, and not for the owner to make me a total idiot and look at me with her eyes on the pillar. In the end, the lady tried to be a little nicer when she offered us other services and explained how it goes, but it didn't erase the whole experience. The only positive is the nice environment, nice clothes and someone communicated with me kindly and helpfully on the instagram. If you are a phlegmatic and you don't mind nasty people in the service, you will definitely survive, or the lady just had a stupid day, but thanks to this approach, I decided to sew a dress elsewhere. The wedding is quite a nervous process and to have this lady to put stress on me, no thank you.

I felt really great in your salon :) I was excited about the owner and her daughter, they were both very nice and had a lot of patience with me, they let me try on the dress several times until I was sure and I still felt that they want me to be really happy in my day :) the exams went smoothly, the dresses are beautiful and I felt like a princess :) brides do not hesitate and try :)

If I had to describe it in one word, it would not be enough. I had an amazing, beautiful, beautiful wedding dress. For the first time, I wasn't sure about it, but the veil (which attacked my clever aunt) made the decision for me. Mrs. Metznerová and her daughter treated us very wonderfully and came out to meet us, explained, advised and adjusted everything to perfection. They also helped me choose a tie for the groom in color and match a lot of beautiful accessories. Thanks to that, I felt like a princess on my big day. So dear brides do not hesitate ❤️
