Good day Vibration stopped working after the display was replaced. During the complaint, I was informed that the defect must have occurred before the replacement and it is therefore not their fault. The Touch ID desktop button responds poorly after replacement. I do not recommend this service.

I bought a tablet here 2 years ago. To this day, everything works as it should. I certainly would not see a problem in the future again to buy equipment from your device.

I bought a 7plus phone and the display went out for 2 months, after another 3 months the button started to go crazy and the phone was described as refurbished almost as new. It doesn't deserve a single star.

The brother bought a mobile phone IPhone 7, after about a month the mobile phone left, it started that the display started to go completely crazy. Then the whole phone left. They did not return the money or correct it.

I recommend buying a phone here, if they do not have the product, so lunch. They have service for all phones, tablets, computers and game consoles.

Very nice people in the store. Fast delivery and pleasant telephone communication. Quick response email. I would recommend this store to anyone who wants to buy a mobile phone or want to buy accessories for their mobile phone.

Unfortunately, the original enthusiasm has come away and great dissatisfaction is currently prevalent. We ordered an iPhone SE in April, and since delivery was delayed, the store sent us a device with more memory than we ordered, so so far everything has been fine and I'd BE PRAILED. Unfortunately, after a few weeks of use, it was unbearable as the device could not catch the signal even in places where other mobile phones had full availability. So we sent for a complaint, which was settled in 30 days (not before) with the proviso that everything is fixed. Unfortunately, we found that not only was the original signal problem not resolved at all and it persists, but in addition, the phone was returned with a damaged microphone, which completely interfered with and distorted the call transmission. The phone therefore returned in even worse condition than when it was sent for the complaint. So now we have sent the phone again for a complaint, stating that we would rather refund the money rather than another "messed up repair". However, we waited. Now, even after 30 days, we have not received the repaired equipment back, and since the statutory deadline for settling the complaint was not met in a date and demonstrable manner, we are requesting a refund. In this regard, but the seller currently does not want to accommodate us. So I can't help but recommend this seller based on personal experience. If there is a correction, I certainly have no problem changing the rating. Currently, I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

It's a pity that you can't give 0 stars, the e-shop doesn't deserve either. I bought a Sony Xperia XA2 Ultra phone from them (reason = my old one didn't work as well as I had imagined). I ordered it in December before the holidays, the phone arrived in January, saying that the e-shop was still being talked about as a supplier - I'll get to that. So the phone came, I opened it excited that I would have my old phone again, which will work again tip top. However, the joy passed me when a piece of paper from AliExpress fell out of the box from the phone. So the e-shop, which advocates for the supplier, orders from AliExpress and also leaves the original paper that the sellers give to Ali there - the eshop said that the supplier probably left it there, of course. After less than a MONTH of use, the phone started to cut quite a bit, and after about a day of constant cutting, I had it restarted and the phone didn't turn on anymore. The flashlight probably left - NEW, MONTHLY. the phone went to a complaint. After about a month, I was notified of the first complaint, the flashlight, they replaced it and passed a 'stress test' - under this I imagine that they downloaded an application to check the condition of the flashlight, which they left there even after sending it back. The phone has arrived. On the first day, the flashlight lasted only 8 hours with really minimal use. At full load on Netflix, it lasted 2 hours. The phone was still charging several times a day with the charger that came with it, it was overheating and had to be with someone so that it would not explode or start burning. The second time I sent a phone for a complaint sometime in March, yesterday I was notified that they would reject the complaint because the flashlight was working perfectly well and that the technician had tried it at full load and lasted one day. It does not last, at full load it lasts barely 2 hours. At low max 8 hours and claim that the flashlight is fine. They can never call them there, they probably have a blacklist for numbers. Eshop is a complete waste, I do not recommend to anyone, stay as far as possible.
