Byl jsem velice mile potěšen velmi sympatickou a příjemnou obsluhou a podle mých zkušeností nadstardantně rychlým vyřízením mé prosby o výměnu displeje. Za půl hodinky jsem odcházel spokojený a vysmátý s mým nově funkčním kamarádem, díky ?.

Telefon jsem donesl na prodejnu k opravě o půl čtvrté. Za 20 minut mi volali, že je opraveno. Telefon bych ale nestihl vyzvednout před zavírací dobou servisu. Pán mi po telefonu nabídl, že mi telefon po cestě z práce přiveze domů. Na telefon jsem nespěchal, tak jsem ho vyzvedl až další pracovní den. Ale takový přístup a vstřícnost vůči zákazníkovi velmi oceňuji.
Very fast phone repair (replacement of USB connector on Nokia 7 Plus).
I brought the phone to the store for repair at half past three. In 20 minutes they called me to say it was fixed. However, I would not be able to pick up the phone before closing the service. The Lord offered me on the phone to bring my phone home on the way home from work. I wasn't in a hurry on the phone, so I didn't pick him up until the next working day. But I really appreciate such an approach and customer service.
