Radši tam nechoďte, jsou to lháři a podvodníci! I will never go there again! They lie to your eyes, promise, and keep nothing. They turn on tariffs without your consent. You better not go there, they're liars and crooks!
F	Filip Hanzel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EDIT: Ok, beru zpět. Není to T-Mobilem, ale pobočkou. Na jiné pobočce (Brno) to trvalo pracovníkovi asi 30 vteřin bez jakýchkoliv problémů. Vážení, společnost T-Mobile NIKDY. Buď jim nejede systém, nedokážou konkrétně pomoci a ani telefonicky neodpoví na žádnou užitečnou informaci (např. zdali již byla doručena firemní SIM) s argumentem "protože GDPR". Naposledy byli přede mnou 3 lidé a ti rovněž odešli bez pomoci. Jeden z nich dostal radu nad zlato "zavolejte si na zákaznickou linku, zmůžou více, než my tady na pobočce" :) Tímto však neházím primární vinu na pracovníky pobočky,, spíše na společnost jako takovou. EDIT: Okay, I'll take it back. It's not T-Mobile, but a branch. At another branch (Brno) it took the worker about 30 seconds without any problems. Dear, T-Mobile NEVER. Either they are not running the system, they are not able to help specifically, nor do they answer any useful information (eg whether a company SIM has already been delivered) with the argument "because GDPR". The last three people were before me and they also left without help. One of them got advice over gold "call the customer service line, they can do more than we do here on the branch" :) However, I do not throw primary blame on the employees of the branch, rather on the society itself.

T-Mobile. Pokud nenakupujete, ale chcete reklamovat služby, či chcete odstoupit od smlouvy, narazíte na nepřátelské prostředí, a proto silně nedoporučuji návštěvu tohoto místa! A very arrogant and haughty attitude of the branch manager, which in addition provides misleading and false information for his profit, respectively as a representative of spol. T-Mobile. If you do not buy, but want to complain about services, or want to withdraw from the contract, you encounter a hostile environment and therefore strongly do not recommend visiting this place!
O	ObajZ Ob on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hrozná obsluha...nepříjemná, nejsou schopni řešit ani minimální problémy, chovají se k zákazníkům arogantně (i k zákazníkům předemnou a po mě). Pobočka absolutně k ničemu...raději si dejte zajížďku do Třince. Terrible service ... unpleasant, unable to solve even minimal problems, they treat their customers arrogantly (even to the customers in advance and after me). The branch absolutely useless ... you better take a detour to Třinec.
