Poté, co jsem se ujistil, zda se dají platit letenky kartou Edenred Benefit (bylo mi řečeno, že ano), jsem si na kartu převedl přislušný počet bodů, které se již nedají vrátit zpět na účet (konkrétně necelé 4 tisíce) a přes zaslaný link jsem se letenku snažil zaplatit. Platba byla opakovaně zamítnutá. Když jsem to konzultoval přímo s firmou Edenred, bylo mi sděleno, že u této firmy platba jejich kartou není možná. Platba je možná prý pouze poukazy, což mi řečeno nebylo a jejich nákup už možný není, jelikož s body na kartě se pohnout nedá. Když jsem se poté opakovaně přes email ptal, zda se dá situace řešit, dostala se mi ze strany firmy pouze ignorace. Naprosto rozumím, že se člověk může splést, nebo omylem poskytnout jiné informace, nicméně základem je alespoň komunikace, která je ze strany firmy nulová. Ze své zkušenosti tedy nedoporučuji.
Unfortunately, a very negative experience with this company. After I made sure that the tickets could be paid with the Edenred Benefit card (I was told that I did), I transferred to the card the appropriate number of points that can no longer be returned to the account (specifically less than 4 thousand) and through the sent link I tried to pay for the ticket. The payment was repeatedly declined. When I consulted directly with Edenred, I was informed that payment by their company was not possible with this company. Payment is possible only by vouchers, which I was not told and their purchase is no longer possible, because the points on the card can not be moved. When I then repeatedly asked via email if the situation could be resolved, the company only ignored me. I fully understand that one can be confused or mistakenly provide other information, however, the basis is at least communication, which is zero on the part of the company. From my experience, therefore, I do not recommend.
