L	Lukas Brazda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No po dnešní telefonickém rozhovorů z pobočkou v Ostravě.Ještě uvažuji jestli někdy využijí služeb této společnosti.V pátek mám odjezd z Amsterdamu,tak jsem volal jestli bych mohl nastoupit v Rotterdamu ze to mám bliž.Bylo mi sděleno že si musím sám stornovat lístek a vyřídit nový ,nebo mi lístek prodaji.Tak se jich ptám v čem je problém že pouze do počítače označí že místo Amsterdamu nastoupim v Rotterdamu.Tak jsem byl poslán někam a ještě mi zavěsili telefón.Trosku jsem chování a neochotu nepochopil.Včem byl takový problem. Stali se světýlkem nadějě, že se i u nás dá cestovat mnohem lépe, komfortněji, čistěji, rychleji, levněji a s hrdostí. Takže i student se tady mohl cítit jako rovnoprávný cestující. Samozřejmě že kromě autobusů a vlaků, které si rezervujete a zaplatíte již zcela běžně přes net, zarezervujete i letenky či práci v zahraničí. I like to use the services of RegioJet (Student Agency). They were one of the first to raise the bar in the culture of travel in our republic. They have become a beacon of hope that you can also travel much better, more comfortably, cleanly, faster, cheaper and with pride. So even a student could feel like an equal passenger here. Na stránkách ISIC byl uveden čas 17:30. This branch has been CLOSED for more than half a year. I wanted to get an ISIC card at the Main Railway Station, where they do ISIC ONLY until 15:00. The ISIC website listed 17:30.

M	Milan Wiltsch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do ty den, využil jsem služby přepravy autobusem z Vídně do Ostravy. Tragédie... Tuto službu jsem využil naposledy. Autobus pretopený, museli jsme upozornit řidiče, aby stáhl topení z 23 stupňů aspoň na 19 stupňů. Klimatizace nefungovala vůbec. Sedačky v autobuse strašně tvrdé a mnohé nešly polohovat. V nabídce služeb byl zabudovaný tablet s nabídkou filmů, rádií, her a podobně. Akorát po zapojení sluchátek nebylo nic slyšet, jelikož konektor v tabletu byl volný (zkoušeno na více tabletech). Toaleta v autobusu mimo provoz. Nápojový automat na kafe mimo provoz a špinavý.... Nabídka nápojů žádná... Úroveň se zásadně zhoršila i ve vlacích... Student Agency již nikdy více... Until that day, I used the bus transport service from Vienna to Ostrava. Tragedy ... I used this service for the last time. The bus was overheated, we had to warn the driver to turn the heater down from 23 degrees to at least 19 degrees. The air conditioning didn't work at all. The seats in the bus were very hard and many could not be positioned. The offer of services included a built-in tablet offering movies, radio, games and the like. Nothing was heard after the headphones were plugged in, as the connector in the tablet was loose (tested on multiple tablets). Toilet in the bus out of order. Vending machine for coffee out of order and dirty .... Offer of drinks no ... The level has significantly deteriorated even on the trains ... Student Agency never again ...
