★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nedoporucuji!! S touto cestovni agenturou jsme jeli poprve a naposled . Tato agentura Vas preda polske cestovni kancelari , proto maji lety z Katowic . Pani nam doporucovala hotel , s kterym maji asi nejakou smlouvu nebo nevim , jak je perfektni a kazdy je tam spokojeny . Byli jsme v Egypte po seste a za nas nejhorsi hotel . Spina na pokoji , nic pro deti , neprijemny personal ,ledove bazeny , spinava plaz . Polska delegatka , se kterou bylo velmi tezke neco vyresit ,nam psala ze na nas nema cas , kdyz jsme meli nejaky problem . Pani z teto agentury nam take s nicim nepomohla a vzdy nas obratila na delegatku. Pritom nas nekolikrat ujistovala, ze kdyz budeme cokoliv potrebovat mame se na ni obratit. Slibili nam , ze budeme mit v Katowich na letisti parkovne zdarma, ze po prijezdu mame zaslat doklad a cislo uctu . Po mesici nam stale nic neprislo. Pani opet jen lze , jak se zepta ucetni atd .. jsou to lhari a podvodnici . Uz nikdy vice !
I do not recommend !! We went with this travel agency for the first and last time. This agency will sell you Polish travel agencies, so they have flights from Katowice. The lady recommended us a hotel with which they probably have a contract or I don't know how perfect it is and everyone is happy there. We were in Egypt after the sixth and for us the worst hotel. Sleeping in the room, nothing for children, unpleasant staff, ice pools, dirty beach. The Polish delegate, with whom it was very difficult to solve something, wrote to us that she didn't have time for us when we had a problem. The lady from this agency also didn't help us with anything and always turned us into a delegate. At the same time, she assured us several times that if we needed anything, we should contact her. They promised us that we would have free parking at the airport in Katowice, that we should send a document and account number upon arrival. After a month, we still didn't get anything. Lady again, as far as possible, how to ask, etc., they are liars and cheaters. Nevermore !
