Vybral jsem darek pro svou pritelkyni v podobe naramku, ktery po sleve stal 2100CZK, bohuzel byl maly, tak se jej snazila pritelkyne vymenit ihned druhy den za vetsi. A ejhle.... bylo nam sdeleno, ze slevnene zbozi nelze vymenit ani vratit a ze to ma na uctence..... A jelikoz maji slevu temer na vse, tak jste bez naroku na vymenu nebo vraceni. Po telefonatu s COI, jsem byl jako opareny, jelikoz potvrdila, ze na to maji pravo. Takze nez si koupite cokoliv u teto firmy, zvazte, zda se vam sleva vyplati.... B	Battlex021 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ve Swarovski v OC novy smichov jsem byl vratit darek, vybral jsem o 600 Kc levnejsi naramek a pocital jsem od spolecnosti jakou je Swarovski, ze mi 600 Kc vrati v hotovosti (tak jak to bezne dela kazdy obchod). Nejenom, ze penize nevraceji, ale ani neni mozne vratit preplatek v darkove karte, dokonce pry neni mozne jim penize nechat. Musite ihned koupit neco za puvodni cenu nebo drazsi, tedy donutili nas si koupit dalsi sperk, i kdyz jsme nemeli cas a nebylo co vybrat. Pozdeji nam pani prodavacka prozradila, ze by asi bylo mozne ziskat darkovou kartu, ale maji to zakazane...a pan manazer, ktery tu moc ma, ma volno...Takovy podrazacky pristup bych cekal od telefonich operatoru, ne od spolecnosti s takovou historii... Fakt, ze jsem zde celkem casto nakupoval nehralo roli. V pripade ze obchod prodava bizuterii za cenu zlata bych cekala lepsi pristup. The saleswoman was probably tired, but such a lack of interest in the client is often not seen.
