★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nemohu doporučit. Profesionální chování do podepsání smlouvy a zaplacení. Instalace hlavní části (která naštěstí šla užívat k vaření) proběhla v pořádku, nicméně veškeré dodělávky trvaly přesně 12 měsíců. Zažívali jsme komické situace, kdy třeba montéři přijeli 3x po sobě s jinou barvou dvířek, po čtvrté (a čtyřech měsících) měli zase jinou velikost atd. Pravá ruka neví, co dělá levá ... Důvod koupě u Sykory byla představa, že za vyšší cenu dostaneme lepší produkt a servis. Bohužel.

We had a comical situation, when the fitters came three times in a row with a different color of the door, after the fourth (and four months) they had a different size, etc. The right hand does not know what the left is doing. price we get better product and service. Unfortunately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pěkně zařízený showrpom s mnoha zajímavými ukázkami interiérů. Personál spíše vlažný. Pokud klient chce diskutovat konkrétní návrh kuchyně, je potřeba si předem sjednat osobní schůzku. Své dojmy bych shrnul: "Neurazí, nenadchne".
Nicely furnished showrpom with many interesting examples of interiors. Staff rather lukewarm. If the client wants to discuss a specific kitchen design, it is necessary to arrange a personal meeting in advance. I would summarize my impressions: "It does not offend, it does not inspire".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Relativně malý výběr kuchyní, koupelny byly vcelku hezké. Proč si nemohu sám v klidu projít a prohlédnout kuchyně je mi záhadou. Komentovaná prohlídka vcelku vadila.
Relatively small selection of kitchens, bathrooms were quite nice. Why I can't walk alone and see the kitchen is a mystery to me. The guided tour was quite annoying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firmu Sykora nemohu doporučit. Jednání s nimi bylo profesionální pouze do podepsání smlouvy a zaplacení zálohy. Poté jen následovaly časové proluky, výmluvy a chyby ve výrobě , montáži a komunikaci mezi pracovníky firmy. Od první návštěvy studia do obdržení dokladu zaplacení poslední faktury uběhlo neuvěřitelných 10 měsíců. Trvalo měsíce, dokud jsme mohli alespoň začít vařit a používat dřez. Všechny termíny dokončení byly odloženy několikrát. Nejhorší na celém procesu byl nulový zájem ze strany firmy k rychlému vyřešení problémů. Zodpovědní lidé nebyli k dostižení. Připadali jsme si ignorovaní a bez šance věci změnit, protože jejich smlouva je velmi jednostranná v jejich prospěch.
I cannot recommend Sykora. Negotiations with them were professional only until the signing of the contract and payment of the deposit. This was followed only by time gaps, excuses and errors in production, assembly and communication between the company's employees. An incredible 10 months passed from the first visit to the studio to the receipt of proof of payment of the last invoice. It took months before we could at least start cooking and using the sink. All completion dates have been postponed several times. The worst thing about the whole process was the zero interest on the part of the company to solve problems quickly. The people in charge were out of reach. We felt ignored and without a chance to change things, because their contract is very one-sided in their favor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velice ochotná paní prodavačka. Dokázala nám poradit s výběrem dřezů a baterií a hlavně měla o nás zájem jako o zákazníka. To samé se rozhodne nedá říct o prodejně Siko na Zličíne. Tam bylo 10 prodavacu, co sedělo za počítačem, nikoho tam neměli, o sortimentu nic nevěděli a zájem o zákazníka neměli.
Very helpful saleswoman. She was able to advise us on the selection of sinks and faucets and was mainly interested in us as a customer. The same cannot be said about the Siko store in Zličín. There were 10 sellers sitting at the computer, they didn't have anyone there, they didn't know anything about the assortment and they weren't interested in the customer.
