Na schuzce navrhli to, ze jako odskodne napisou trestni oznameni, protoze v nasem pripade spor nema cenu. Tuto informaci bych uvitala driv, nez si nechali zaplatit. Protoze jsem po vsech tech tahanich uz nemela na nejake dalsi dohady ani cas a energii( z duvodu porodu), ani penize, souhlasila jsem. Za dva mesice poslali navrh na trestni oznameni, ale tak spatne, ze jsem si ho stejne musela prepsat. Na policii mi rekli, ze si ze me pravnici akorat udelali dobry den, protoze nas spor neni na trestni oznameni, ale na obcansko pravni spor, a to pravnicka firma jiste mela vedet. Takze mi jen zacpali pusu. Neferove jednani. Nedoporucuji. I resolved a dispute over the construction of the house. Řešili jsme s panem Sykorovou pracovněprávní problematiku a tedy kromě toho že rozhodně nemůžete očekávat od pana Sýkory nějakou proaktivitu v jednání, telefony téměř nebere, zavolá zpět až třeba po třetím volání, nebo pošle strohý email, tak také nemůžete počítat s proaktivním plánovaním strategie řešení konkrétního problému. Pokud se v tom ani trochu neorientujete najdete si jineho právníka protože víceméně musíte sami přijít s návrhy řešení, s otázkami, z konkrétními požadavky a s čím nepříjdete vy, nemůžete předpokládat že jako odborník vás na věci upozorní nebo doporučí nejvhodnější cestu řešení situace. Neupozorní a nedoporučí. Jeho vinou jsme z důvodu insolvence zaměstnavatele přišli o cca 80tis Kč, protože přestože jsme jej informovali o tom, že chceme mzdové nároky uplatnit u UP, neupozornil nás na stropy které UP má. Kdyby s tím počítal bylo by možné dohodu o konci spolupráce mezi zaměstnancem a zaměstnavatelem definovat tak aby na tyto stropy brala ohled - je to přece jen dohoda a dohodnout se dá cokoli, takže bychom mohli lépe s tímto pracovat. Nicméně dohodu formuloval on tak, že jsme o peníze přišli, v insolvenci logicky nic nevymůžeme. Opravdu velka arogance, zahrávání si s osudy druhých a hraní si na něco co není. Buďte obezřetní.
