★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pokud potřebujete něco vyřešit, tak to určitě nedělejte v Klatovské pobočce. Místo toho aby Vám pomohli dokola jen nabízí nové služby. Radši obetujte čas a zajeďte si do Plzně. V Klatovské pobočce neřešitelný problém byl v Plzni hotový během 5-10 min.
If you need to solve something, then definitely do not do it in the Klatovy branch. Instead of helping you around, they just offer new services. Better sacrifice your time and drive to Pilsen. The unsolvable problem in the Klatovy branch was completed in Pilsen within 5-10 minutes.

Terri was very helpful today with correcting some overcharge issues with my bill. T-Mobile’s billing system seems to be the problem so will leave them in the near future.
