He does not observe the deadlines for shoes where the machine does not need broken. Never more.

Pan ,,opravar,, se tvaril ze presne vi co potrebuji a ze to zna- no jo deti! Uz prvni me melo zarazit, ze mi na bilo sede Nike tenisky nabizel cernou gumu!! Pak si pripravil bilou, zaplatila jsem 100kc a do tydne, ze mam prijit. Po tydnu boty jeste nebyly (pan tam znudene sedel), prisli jsme dalsi den. Byla jsem uplne v soku!! Boty mely urezane do 1/3 podrazky, nahrazene podrazkou z backurek, jedna byla zbrousena do spicky, druha dokulata. Orez zespoda provadel totalni neodbornik, misty byla podrazka uplne vytrzena. A spicky byly dal lehce osoupane z odrazedla!!!! Byla jsem totalne v soku!!! O podrazkach jsme se s panem opravdu nebavili!!! Kdyz jsem prisla zdrcena do auta a manzel boty videl, vzal je a sel zpatky do opravny- do druheho dne na ne pan zezhora nalepil bezovou kuzicku. Uplne jsem brecela. Totalne znicene boty, ktere synovi nedam ani na zahradu!!! Proc me rovnou nerekl, ze to opravit neumi????? Pokud sem muzi nahrat fotku, tak to urcite udelam. Nikdy do teto opravny zadne boty nedavejte!!!!!!!! Katastrofa. Pan byl mlady do 30 let a mel vyholene ciro! The son swept the new Nike sneakers on the mirror, I just wanted to glue them in a way to prevent them from ripping off the slats, and the shoes were completely destroyed. Mr. "repairman" has shaped exactly what I need and it makes children! For the first time I had to say that I had a black rubber on my white Nike sneakers !! Then he prepared the white, I paid 100kc and by week I had to come. We haven't been to the shoe for a week yet (we were sitting there bored), we came another day. I was totally in the rage !! Ještě jedna výrobna klíčů je v přízemí obchoďáku, ale tahle mi přijde sice o něco lepší, ale i tak by tady úsměv nikoho nezabil ;) The production of keys went smoothly while you waited. This shoe and key repair shop is in the basement of the Vivo shopping center. Another key production is on the ground floor of the mall, but this one sounds a little better to me, but even so, a smile wouldn't kill anyone here;)
J	Jitka Svobodová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprosto neprofesionální chování. Dala jsem jim dva pokusy, jednou u podpatku, u kterého se pán ani neobtěžoval očistit lepidlo nebo utrhnout zbroušený plast. Podruhé při výměně vložky v botě. Jednak byla vložka přilepená i k bokům bot, tak jsem ji musela strhnout, protože botu nešlo obout a jednak při výměně pán asi strhl nějakou vnitřní část,protože se pod bříšky vytvořil asi půlcentimetrový skok, na kterém se nedá chodit. Takže mi v zásadě zničil boty. To že se ani neobtěžoval zpátky zavázat tkaničky, když si je přece můžu, jeho slovy, zavázat sama, to mi přijde naprostý vrchol. Boty sice mají větší citovou než finanční hodnotu, ale to přece neznamená, že bude služba, za kterou platím, tak odfláknutá. :( Absolutely unprofessional behavior. The fact that he didn't even bother to tie back his shoelaces when I could, in his words, tie them myself, comes to the absolute top. Although shoes have a greater emotional than financial value, this does not mean that the service I pay for will be so sloppy. :(

Chápu, že se musí obrousit podpatek při jeho výměně, jak se mi to pán "opravář" snažil vysvětlit, ale do takové míry, že obrousil a sedřel i kůži kolem podpatku a pak se to snažil zamaskovat voskem a rozpatlal lepidlo všude okolo? Ty boty byly úplně nové a jen jsem chtěla nalepit podrážku a podpatek, aby neklouzaly. Teď je mám úplně zničené a nechci si je ani obout. Catastrophe. I understand that the heel must be sanded when it is replaced, as the "repairman" tried to explain to me, but to such an extent that he sanded and gripped the skin around the heel and then tried to mask it with wax and smear the glue all around? The shoes were brand new and I just wanted to stick a sole and heel so they wouldn't slip. I have them completely destroyed now and I don't even want to wear them.

Dnes při prvním použití jsem zjistil, že pan "Švec" přišil ke stranám obuvi jak vložky, tak i oba jazyky, takže jsem před zápasem musel vše vytrhat. 400 Kč fuč a boty si budu šít sám. Určitě jděte jinam. Tohle je velmi špatné a nemělo by existovat. :( I enclose a super done job.
