There is no opening time on the door. I stopped by chance. At 8:35 I was told, "Now I come in the door, we're nine. Is that enough? Yes.

I can't rate the mattress because there was no purchase. They state the opening hours on the website, you go from a greater distance to try the mattresses, you come to the place and there is the text "Today we end at 2 pm" on the door, while they should have been there by 7 pm. There is no mention on their website. Unnecessarily wasted our time, gasoline and energy. They are not open on weekends and the length of opening hours in Prague is not entirely optimal.

I wanted to buy, reviews and behavior discouraged me, I will buy elsewhere.

The mattress is probably OK, but the salesman is kind of weird.

Purchased a bed in November 2020, imported in December, when taking over the driver did not sell the paper with the signature on taking over the memo to a friend - I was in the hospital and the verification of the identity was not done, the driver left immediately. The cover of the bed is miraculously frayed, of course, after unpacking, it is found that the corner of the bed is abraded, ie upholstered torn. For about 2 months we solved it with the head of the store Krehlik and COIKO, the manager checked that by signing the invoice we undertook to take over the goods upon receipt, ie not to complain. However, according to COI it is clearly stated that , that the formula in the invoice does not solve anything. Unfortunately, the manager did not want to hear anything about the complaint, max recommended the upholstery, saying that we would take the bed to him ourselves (!) With the fact that the payment for the upholstery by the company was unclear. In short, disgusting, unprofessional behavior, we also heard that he (the leader) goes to train on COI himself, so we have nothing to teach him, and other people's settlements, over which they shook their heads in COI ... Not being an exhausting reconstruction of the apartment and an insult with hospitalization, I would be more thorough, but this is how I had it all. Whoever you can, avoid this store. Btw purchased bed is made in Poland, not from a Czech manufacturer, as I proudly announce in the store (you will not see the beds in the e-shop, only in the catalog in the store). The approach of the manager will significantly knock down the company's reputation ... (the review from Mr. Trpák below me does not even surprise me)

Nice and clean environment, helpful staff who can advise well. A relatively wide selection and especially the opportunity to try the mattress in person and in peace. I am also pleased that this is a Czech production.

We left. Questions answered by the seller haughtily. He advised unsatisfactory mattresses for children, saying that everything is hard for them anyway, so it doesn't matter. What interested him most was that they wouldn't accidentally rub their shoes on the mattress, he even raised his voice at them. Bought elsewhere and better.

Ordered and waiting for delivery of goods .. Absolute satisfaction for us .. May it continue to prosper. Thank you
