★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je to už delší dobu co jsem zde byla a vše bylo naprosto v pořádku. Přinesla jsem staré peřiny a odnášela nové. Kromě čištění jsem požádala i o přidání peří a též mi bylo vyhověno.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nespolehliví. Telefonicky jsme se dotazovali na dobu čištění 2 peřin a polštářů, bylo sděleno, že 10 dní. Při odevzdání den po telefonu jsme se dověděli, že to bude asi až skoro za 3 týdny, protože mají dovolenou. Hotové bylo nakonec až po 6ti týdnech (po dovolené nebyl sypek dané barvy, nikdo to ale nedal vědět, abychom mohli chtít jinou, potom problém s šicím strojem) a ještě ne v dohodnutý den, tedy když jsme nechtěli jet do Prahy znovu a ještě si vzít volno (tam další den nebyli odpoledne), museli jsme vyzvednout na jiné provozovně, než jsme si vybrali.

When handing in the day over the phone, we learned that it will be around in almost 3 weeks, because they have a holiday. It was finally finished after 6 weeks (after the holiday there was no bulk of the color, but no one let us know so we could want another, then a problem with the sewing machine) and not yet on the agreed day, ie when we did not want to go to Prague again and still to take time off (there were no afternoon the next day), we had to pick up at a different establishment than we chose.
