Rozsah opravy diskutovaný po telefonu, oprava kávovaru k mojí plné spokojenosti. Good for me. Z	Zuzana Kolářová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Závada-ucpaný odtok u lednice, námraza v mrazáku. Technik dorazil dřive, jak byl domluvený čas, nemněl sebou potřebné nářadí, musel do auta. Čas natáhl cíleně přes 30min., z důvodu ceníku služby t.j.další půlhodina 300,-Kč. Cena opravy 1 331,-Kč. Oprava byla zařízená přes Ikea, i když rychle (11/2020 doba koronarivu) nedoporučuji, a v budoucnu již vzhledem k výši ceny nevyužiji. Defect-clogged drain at the refrigerator, icing in the freezer. The technician arrived earlier, as the time agreed, he did not have the necessary tools with him, he had to get into the car. The time was purposefully stretched over 30 minutes, due to the price list of the service, i.e. another half hour 300 CZK. The price of the repair is CZK 1,331. The repair was arranged via Ikea, although I do not recommend it quickly (11/2020 coronary period), and I will not use it in the future due to the price.

Příjemná komunikace a velmi rád se na ně obrátím i s případným servisním zásahem. Jednoznačně doporučuji. Slušně vystupující, takřka okamžitě zjištěná závada, za chvíli pračka opravena. Rychlost reakce servisu 1, pan Technik 1, celkový dojem 1*** Děkujeme. As soon as I called AEG, they called me from Lavamax that they could arrive the next day. Mr. Technician called in advance, arrived on time. Decently protruding, almost immediately detected defect, washing machine repaired in a moment. Speed of service response 1 , Mr. Technik 1 , overall impression 1 *** Thank you.

O	Ondřej Pokorný on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Potřebovali jsme opravit myčku i troubu, podrobně popsali obě zavády -- dvakrát, protože první hovor s pánem (se?) přerušil a zpět nezavolal -- ale paní na lince objednala pouze náhradní díl k troubě, problém na myčce zaznamenala pro technika špatně. Technik přijel, za 40 m opravil troubu, objednal náhradní hadici pro myčku a po 2 týdnech přijel znovu a za 45 min opravil i myčku. Naúčtoval nám druhý výjezd (způsobený i dle jeho vlastních slov chybou dispečinku) za 460 Kč a za 45 min práce tenokrát o 2/3 víc (518 vs 863 Kč) za práci. (Luštit naškrábanou ručně psanou fakturu je taky něco.) Proč najednou oprava stála o tolik víc ani na náš dotaz nevysvětlil. Nebudeme se hádat kvůli 8 stovkám, ale příště voláme konkurenci. Update: Po 6 měsících a 2 týdnech od výměny přestala nová hadice napouštět. He charged us the second trip (caused in his own words by the error of the control room) for 460 CZK and for 45 minutes of work this time 2/3 more (518 vs 863 CZK) per work. (Solving a scratched handwritten invoice is also something.) He didn't explain why the repair suddenly cost so much more. We won't argue over 8 hundred, but next time we'll call the competition. Update: After 6 months and 2 weeks from the replacement, the new hose has stopped filling.
