Byl to můj první a POSLEDNÍ nákup. Už nikdy více. Ještě jsem se s tím nikdy nesetkala. Několikrát se mě zeptala jestli už mám teda vybráno a když jsem chtěla podat jednu láhev, abych si ji prohlédla, tak jí vzala ke kase a já byla tak vytočená, že už mi bylo jedno co kupuju. Vrchol všeho že prodavačka mi ani nenabídne tašku, řekla cenu, jedla u toho a vůbec jí nezajímalo, v čem si to víno odnesu! Vzhledem k předvánočnímu shonu, jsem si vybrala tuhle vinotéku ale nikomu NEDOPORUČUJI! Sem už nikdy více! She asked me a few times if I had already chosen, and when I wanted to give me one bottle to look at, she took it to her cash register and I was so dialed out that I didn't care what I was buying. The top of everything that the saleswoman doesn't even offer me a bag, she said the price, ate with it and she didn't care at all what I would take the wine with! Due to the pre-Christmas hustle and bustle, I chose this wine shop but I DO NOT RECOMMEND to anyone! Never again!
R	Rod CZ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Příšerná obsluha. Kupoval jsem tam víno za 400 Kč a prodavačka drzá a nepříjemná. Bohužel až po tom co jsem zaplatil kartou. Měl jsem sto chutí ho vrátit. Už jsem tam nic nekoupil. Říkal jsem si ať má malý obchod taky kšeft, ale radši ho koupit v marketu než tohle. Terrible service. I bought wine there for 400 CZK and the saleswoman was cheeky and unpleasant. Unfortunately, only after I paid by card. I had a hundred appetites to return it. I didn't buy anything there anymore. I thought I should have a small business too, but I'd rather buy it at the market than this.

Paní za pultem má problém pozdravit, nulová znalost vín a to, že v obchodě chcete nechat útratu jí vyloženě s.e.r.e. Znovu už zde nenakoupím. Very unpleasant experience, when it forced me to write a review. The lady behind the counter has a problem to greet, zero knowledge of wines and the fact that in the store you want to let her spend s.e.r.e. I won't buy here again.

Odcházeli jsme s příjemným pocitem, děkujeme a vřele doporučujeme :-) The helpful staff is familiar with all the assortment and its origin, and perfectly packs the gift. We left with a pleasant feeling, thank you and highly recommended :-)
