V	Verka Lhotova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tak jsem extrémně nespokojena s výkonem pracovníků pobočky t-mobile v Kolíně. Chtěla jsem jednoduchou službu a oni nebyli schopni vyhovět mé službě. Pořád jim to údajně mělo hlásit chybu v systému. Jsem stály zákazník T-mobile ale to co předvedli tady to už je vrchol. Tento incident se stal 22.4.2020 věřím že do této pobočky již nevkrocim. ? Můj požadavek byl, aby mi udělala nějaké návrhy na neomezený tarif + rodinný tarif. Slečny jsem se ptala asi na moc detailu, ale na každou moji otázku jsem dostala odpověď. Jsem náročná klientka a když si za něco platím, chci prostě vědět za co. Strávila jsem na pobočce cca hodinu času. Po celou tu dobu se mi slecna věnovala. Se slečnou Klaudii jsem byla domluvená, že mi za 3 dny zavolá. Návrhy jsem zkonzultovala s rodinou, protože šlo o rodinný tarif a slečna skutečně zavolala. Domluvily jsme se na schůzce a uzavřeli smlouvu. Se servisem jsem byla naprosto spokojená. Ještě jednou Vám děkuji ☺️. So I visited this branch today. I asked the girls about a lot of detail, but I got an answer to every question I asked. I'm a demanding client and when I pay for something, I just want to know what for. I spent about an hour at the branch. All this time, the young lady paid attention to me. I agreed with Miss Klaudia to call me in 3 days. I consulted the proposals with my family, because it was a family tariff and the young lady actually called. We agreed on a meeting and concluded a contract. I was completely satisfied with the service. Thank you again ☺️.

Na infolince vám řeknou jednu věc a Kolíně na vás koukají co po nic vůbec chcete jako kdyby k nim vůbec nepatřily. Stále vás chtějí osobně na pobočce a když tam jste tak vám řeknou že tam vlastně ani nemusíte. Jeden velký chaos ? T-mobile Kolín is one big chaos where one does not know what the other is doing. They will tell you one thing on the infoline and Kolín is looking at you for anything you want at all, as if they did not belong to them at all. They still want you in person at the branch and when you are there they will tell you that you don't even have to go there. One big chaos ?
P	Petr Chovanec on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Při sjednání služby v lednu slečnou, v následujícím zapojení služeb vznikl ihned problém, protože na dané adrese takové připojení nešlo. Následně se vyřešilo jinak přes infolinku, abychom se služby dočkali. Nečekaně v následujícím vyúčtování vznikl další problém a na obhajobu této pobočky musím říct, že se postarali alespoň o sjednání nápravy a revanš. Nicméně teď při stěhování jinam, nám bylo sděleno na infolince, že službu stačí odpojit o zařízení odnést na pobočku. Opět nikdo nevěděl co dělat a nakonec si byli schopni akorát převzít přijímač od SAT TV na nic víc nemají kompetence prý. Shrnul bych to totálním selháním a neochotou vyjít vstříc s tím, že na infolince neví co mluví, protože telata (a to jim teď lichotím) z kolínské pobočky všemu rozumí nejlíp. Hnus, bída a neštovice! Radši řešte kdekoli jinde, jen ne zde. Again, no one knew what to do and in the end they were just able to take over the receiver from SAT TV for nothing more, they have no competence. I would sum it up with a total failure and reluctance to accommodate the fact that he does not know what he is talking about on the infoline, because the calves (and I flatter them now) from the Cologne branch understand everything best. Disgust, misery and smallpox! You better solve it anywhere else, but not here.
