★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased middle class monitor from here. It worked only 2 hours. Okay, it can be happened everywhere, it have warranty, and there was no reason to worry about. But when I back to the store , the representative said that monitor need to be send for RMA, and they will inform me when it well be repaired. WTF?! So this store have my money and my purchased monitor, and I have nothing. According the trade law I can return any purchased item in two weeks, even I don't like it. After short arguing, when I asked for new monitor, or money back immediately, the representative agree to replace my monitor with a new one. Now I am already afraid to purchase from this store...
