The repairman verbally promised me that he would repair the car. (The order form did not give me a preliminary price for the repair). I picked up the car on September 24th! and only after my repeated urgency. The repairman allowed me a test drive, during which I did not find any defects. Then he orally explained to me the issue of my vehicle, the so-called swinging of the speed, "that certain parts of the engine must sit down." Furthermore, that it was caused by a previous repair of another service. (So-called another service from Lysá nad Labem Mr. Arnold is in charge of business, including my vehicle) He stated in the invoice a summary of activities, repairs, inspections, measurements, etc. for the total price. He did not want to comply with my request for a specific breakdown of repairs and prices. With the justification that I would go to the previous service and ask for a complaint about the car repair. The mentioned defects on my vehicle are still manifested. When I told the repairman, he argued with other possible causes and offered me another service of the vehicle, but for another fee. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with this negotiation and service. The only advantage and result of the work of both friendly services is that the engine no longer "eats" oil. If you want to throw away money or put your car in this service, it doesn't matter. The result will be the same or very similar.

Due to a defect in the engine control unit, which can no longer be found new and therefore needed to be repaired, I was recommended this service. According to the mechanic, it will not be a problem to fix it. The car stood here for over a month and a half, the owner either did not answer the phone or made excuses that he would really start next week. It did not start, there was only a partial dismantling of the interior. When I picked up the unrepaired car, it had a deep scratch on the rear bumper, a cigarette burnt through the cigarette (the original carpet that is no longer available), and several plastic screw caps were missing from the interior. Thank you, but never again. Although the anabase was free, the car returned in worse condition than it arrived at this service. I rate 0/10.
