★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutni hrůza. Po 15 letech jsme museli změnit našeho dodavatele sportovního textilu s potiskem. Vybral jsem nově právě tuto firmu. Chyba byla komunikovat jen mailem a telefonem. Zakázku za několik desítek tisíc zcela pokazili. V objednávce přesně definovanou klubovou barvu nezvládli namíchat a zmršili tak kolem dvouset kusů triček a mikin. To vše by se dalo pochopit, kdyby se k chybě postavili čelem. Byl jsem i ochoten zaplatit více, kdyby nám vyšli vstříc. To se ovšem nestalo. NAOPAK, BYLI VELMI SPROSTÍ (až na samotného tiskaře, který pochopil, že barvu zmršili a byl slušný), URÁŽELI, V ČELE s ultrasprostým šéfem M. Broučkem, který v místnosti před kolegyněmi nosí omšelou kšiltovku. NEVER MORE! Škoda, mohli v nás mít dalších třeba 15 let zákazníky, kteří by ročně s jistotou utratili desítky tisíc za potisk...
Absolute horror. After 15 years, we had to change our supplier of printed sports textiles. I have just chosen this company. The mistake was to communicate only by email and phone. They completely ruined the order for tens of thousands. They could not mix the club's precisely defined color in the order and thus shrunk around two hundred pieces of T-shirts and sweatshirts. All this could be understood if they faced the mistake of error. I was also willing to pay more if they met us. But that did not happen. ON THE FOLLOWING, THEY WERE VERY VERY (except for the printer himself, who understood that they had shrunk the color and was decent), TAVING AT THE HEAD with the ultra-vulgar boss M. Brouček, who wears a shabby cap in the room in front of his colleagues. NEVER MORE! It's a pity, they could have another 15 years of customers in us, who would surely spend tens of thousands a year on printing ...
