We have a similar experience as the others here, they told us to fill it out, that it was nothing ... It is not our first negative experience with this office.

Dama mela problem sejit dolu a poradit, pritom urednici by tu meli byt pro lidi. Snazila jsem se vysvetlit problem v hale po telefonu, ale pani si mlela porad svoje dokola, ze nejde a at si vyplnim sama. Nyni jsem nucena tahnou se do Prahy s 10.mesicnim miminem, kde jsou ochotni dat se mnou dohromady i kdyz pod Prahu nespadam. Ostuda Kralupskeho uradu, nechapu, co tam pani dela z penez danovych poplatniku!!! Mrs. Macak's willingness is really brilliant. I needed to solve the problem of poor tax return. Dama had a problem going down and consult, thereby clerks should be here for the people. I tried to explain the problem over the phone in the hall, but the lady milled around their deliberations, and of not filling out at you alone. (Proč nemají v otevírací době pauzu na oběd a musejí jíst u toho okýnka, to taky nevím...) An asterisk for getting the lady up from lunch. Raději na Mělník, kde jsou ochotní, slušní a když to nenecháte na konec podání, tak taky bez front. No queues, but the lady won't even say. He'll give you a stamp and hi. No control, just nothing. What do you want that too? Better to Mělník, where they are willing, polite and if you don't leave it at the end of the service, then without queues.

Dnes jsem narazila opet na milou pani, moc dekuji s pomoci pri vyplnovani priznani. Az jsem byla prekvapena jak rychle jsem mela dnes vse vyrizene. Obvykle se clovek setkava na uradech s mnohem horsim jednanim. Whenever I needed to solve something at FU in Kralupy, they were very willing (both in person and by phone). Today I came across a nice lady, thank you very much for your help in filling out the confession. I was surprised how quickly I had everything done today. Usually a person encounters much worse behavior in the offices.
