Na dispečinku mi bylo sděleno, že tam bude vozidlo do 5min., ani za 15min.vozidlo GT nepřijelo (dle přijatého odkazu do aplikace jsem poté zjistila, že dispečer hledá nové vozidlo?, za nějakou dobu jsem viděla aktualizovanou informaci, že dispečink vyslal vozidlo z Kutné Hory, které by mělo dorazit asi za 13min.). Volala jsem tedy znovu na dispečink, že jedu z nemocnice a nemohu dále čekat na příjezd vozidla až odněkud z KH. Jiný dispečer mě ujistil, že tam bude opravdu taxi za 5min., což opět pravda nebyla. Teprve po 25min. od objednání GT Taxi mi přišla informující sms, že auto přijíždí na místo vyzvednutí (no těžko říct, co je podle jejich terminologie přijíždí...kolik dalších minut to trvá, než opravdu dorazí k zákazníkovi). To už jsem byla ale opravdu naštvaná a obratem zaslala zrušení objednávky. Nashledanou. S GT Taxi už nikdy více. This morning I ordered a taxi to the Cologne hospital. I was told at the dispatch center that there would be a vehicle within 5 minutes, even in 15 minutes. The GT vehicle did not arrive (according to the received link to the application, I found out that the dispatcher was looking for a new vehicle) from Kutná Hora, which should arrive in about 13 minutes.). So I called the dispatch center again that I was leaving the hospital and I could no longer wait for the vehicle to arrive from somewhere in KH. Another dispatcher assured me that there would really be a taxi in 5 minutes, which was not true again. Only after 25min. since ordering GT Taxi I received an informative sms that the car is arriving at the pickup location (well it's hard to say what their terminology is arriving ... how many more minutes it takes before it really reaches the customer). But I was already really upset and immediately sent the cancellation of the order. Goodbye. Never again with GT Taxi.

D	David Vitáček on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tato paní, nás nechtěla odvést 500m k baraku jen kvůli tomu ze jsme měli jidlo zabalené v krabičce, ještě na mě vyběhla s tím, že zavolá policii a další kraviny. Taxi gt už nikdy ?? This lady, she didn't want to take us 500m to the barracks just because we had food packed in a box, she ran to me and called the police and other crap. Taxi gt never again ??

Taxi objednáváno za 10 minut od hovoru a stejně dorazil o pár minut dříve a vyčkával. Very nice and professional service. Unlike most competing drivers, the ride is smooth, pleasant. The taxi was booked 10 minutes after the call and still arrived a few minutes earlier and waited.
