★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zboží je velmi pěkné. Problematická ale byla komunikace. Před Vánoci jsem si objednal kabát, ovšem špatné velikosti a posílal jej zpátky. Na infolinku se nešlo permanentně dovolat. Na reklamační mail neodpovídal nikdo, na běžný mail pak jen občas.
The goods are very nice. But communication was problematic. Before Christmas I ordered a coat, but the wrong size and sent it back. The infoline could not be permanently called. No one responded to the complaint mail, but only to the regular mail.
