★ ★ ★ ★ ★ dnes jsem si byla vyzvednout zimni bundu v OC Flóra. Obsloužila mě velmi, velmi mila paní prodavačka ochotně mi vyhledala i triko mé velikosti. A byla opravdu velmi milá a uslužná. Jméno jsem si bohužel nevšimla vysoká paní středního věku. Kratčí blond vlasy... pochvalu takových prodavaček více
 today I was to pick up a winter jacket in OC Flora. I was very helpful, the saleswoman was happy to find me a T-shirt my size. And she was really nice and helpful. Unfortunately, I did not notice the name, a middle-aged lady. Shorter blond hair ... praise of such saleswomen more

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pobočku Flory mám z mého blízkého okolí nejraději. Setkávám se zde velmi často s velmi milou obsluhou a dnes po delší době, opět s vyšší paní středního věku (jméno bohužel neznám), která má k zákazníkům svůj jedinečný přístup, a díky které je návštěva této prodejny úplně jiná než v kterémkoliv jiném obchodě. Rovněž jsem se zatím nezklamala ve kvalitě samotných Tchibo výrobků.
I like the Flora branch in my immediate area. I meet here very often with very nice staff and today, after a long time, again with a senior middle-aged lady (unfortunately I do not know the name), who has a unique approach to customers, and thanks to which a visit to this store is completely different than in any other store. I have also not been disappointed in the quality of Tchibo products themselves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dobrý den, mám moc ráda pobočku Tchibo na Floře a vždy zde byla milá a ochotná obsluha. Dnes jsem ale byla velmi zklamaná a nepříjemně překvapená, když mě prodavačka (asi 45 let, hnědé vlasy stažené do culíku, brýle) při objednávce kávy a croissantu odpověděla na přání konkrétního kousku pečiva: "to zvládnete, já tam nevidím, abych vám dávala ten, který zrovna ukazujete, že ho chcete". Musím říct, že na aroganci, s jakou vyrukovala na mně jako zákazníka, nejsem v prodejnách Tchibo zvyklá , a proto mě velmi zaskočila. Doufám, že se s touto novou obsluhou již příště nepotkám, jinak by mě mrzelo, že musím pro kávu jinam:-(
Hello, I really like the Tchibo branch in Flora and there has always been a nice and helpful staff. But today I was very disappointed and unpleasantly surprised when a saleswoman (about 45 years old, brown hair pulled down in a ponytail, glasses) when ordering a coffee and a croissant answered me at the request of a specific piece of pastry: "You can do it, I can't see there that you just show you want ". I must say that I am not used to the arrogance with which she came to me as a customer in Tchibo stores, which is why I was very surprised. I hope that I will not meet this new staff again, otherwise I would be sorry that I have to go somewhere else for coffee :-(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vždy se zde setkam s milým a ochotným personálem, jejich kávu zbožňuju. Dnes jsem zkusila cold brew latte z ovesného mléka , doporučuji!
I always meet nice and helpful staff here, I love their coffee. Today I tried cold brew latte from oat milk, I recommend!

Tasty cafe and hot chocolate. I like their hot chocolate for many years with a piece of cookie beside.
This cafe is located in a well known mall, Flora. this mall has few floors with many shops and restaurants.
Easy to get there by metro, green line, A line, by bus and many trams outside.
