★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jedna hvězda, jelikož méně nejde. A teď má jediná a velmi špatná zkušenost se značkou, přesněji řečeno e-shopem Dapi.cz. Jedná se, jak se píše v jiném hodnocení o velmi nekvalitní, předraženou obuv. Reklamaci bot neuznali, že jsem prý nalepila na vložku ze vnitř nějakou výplň, aha, tak že jsem si nevšimla. Budiž, kdyby neuznali reklamaci, ale celkový přístup komunikace, spíše NEKOMUNIKACE se zákazníkem. Po roce objednaného zboží, je na mém účtu stále objednávka ve stavu : Vyřizuje se. Dvakrát jsem upomínala, ať dají že je vyřízená. Tak to neproběhlo. Další věc byla, že jsem poslala boty na reklamaci do Rychnova n./K, po týdnu jsem musela psát, zda došel balíček na reklamaci a jestli bylo vše v pořádku napsáno nebo zda mám dodat další info. Mail s odpovědí byl,že balíček tam mají týden a vše je dostačující. A poslední vrchol, když mi napsala pošta, že mám očekávat balík. Dle sledování z Rychnova. Znovu jsem psala mail,jestli mi oni posílají balík a že ano,že se jedná o vyřízenou reklamaci. A balík přišel s dopisem,že reklamci neuznali. Mailem nebyla informace o zahájení, ani ukončení reklamace. Když jsem volala ještě telefonicky, tak první paní nedokázala po telefonu říci nic, předala mi kolegyni a ta mi řekla, že nesedí u počítače. Sakra já ale volala na číslo skrz reklamace. Takže vás už nikdy...???

They did not acknowledge the bot's claim that I had put some fill on the inset, aha, so I didn't notice. If they did not acknowledge the claim, but the overall approach of communication, rather NOT COMMUNICATION with the customer. After a year of ordered goods, my order still has the status of: Handled. I reminded twice to give it a deal. So it didn't. Another thing was that I sent shoes for complaint to Rychnov n./K, after a week I had to write whether the package came to complaint and if everything was correct or if I should add more info. The answer mail was that the package had a week there and everything was sufficient. And the last peak when she wrote me a post that I should expect a package. According to tracking from Rychnov. I wrote the mail again if they were sending me a package and that it was a complaint. And the package came up with a letter saying that the claimants did not recognize it. There was no information about the start or end of the claim. When I called by phone, the first lady couldn't say anything on the phone, she gave me a colleague and she told me she wasn't sitting at the computer. Hell, I called for a number through complaints. So never again ...
