A	Ainestol on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prvně jsem potřeboval klávesnici než proběhne reklamace mé herní, po druhé pro VGA kabel. A po třetí jsem bohužel potřeboval opravdu pomoct. Jednalo se o analýzu HW chyby"zamrznutí PC". Trvalo to déle než původně mělo"cca o půl dne" To mi ani nevadilo. Říkal jsem si:" Aspoň budu vědět jakou součástkou to je a po případě jí budu moct reklamovat." Po výzvě k vyzvednutí jsem si pro PC došel. Žádnou HW chybu pan prodavač super technik programátor neobjevil "malý, snědý s brýlemi" takže to bylo údajně softwarem. Ok měl jsem docela radost, protože to pro mě znamenalo pouze reinstalaci OS. No jo ale k mému překvapení ta chyba stále pokračovala i po reinstalaci a konce i při reinstalaci samotné. Zavolal jsem zpátky, že ta chyba"zamrznutí" se stále opakuje. A tudíž, když se to děje i v průběhu reinstalace tak to asi nemůže být SW charakteru. Prodavač se mi nejprve vysmál, že pokud to tedy neumím tak mi OS nainstaluje. Se smíchem mi stále dokola opakoval, že to je softwarem. "Asi potřeboval vyloudit ještě nějaké drobné aby si mohl dojít na svačnu." Nic jiného nebyl schopný vymyslet a opakoval to stejné, poslal jsem ho do míst kde slunko nesvítí a i když jsem nechtěl"kvůli časové náročnosti", tak jsem se do analýzy pustil sám. Chybu jsem našel i odstranil... Škoda jen těch dvou zbytečných dní čekání, 600kč za nic, ale na druhou stranu vím že pokud budu potřebovat cokoliv s PC bude lepší se zeptat věštkyně Jolandy než chodit do sem. Ok, I was quite happy, because for me it only meant reinstalling the OS. Well, to my surprise, the error still continued even after the reinstallation and ended during the reinstallation itself. I called back that the "freeze" error kept recurring. And therefore, if it happens during the reinstallation, it probably can't be a SW character. The salesman first laughed at me that if I don't know how, he will install the OS for me. Laughing, he kept telling me it was software. "I guess he needed to get some more change in order to go to the snack bar." He wasn't able to come up with anything else and repeated the same thing, I sent him to places where the sun doesn't shine, and even though I didn't want to "due to the time consuming nature", I started the analysis myself. I found and removed the mistake ... It's a pity only those two unnecessary days of waiting, 600 CZK for nothing, but on the other hand I know that if I need anything with a PC it will be better to ask the fortune teller Jolanda than to come here.

Kéž, by takový přístup k zákazníkům byl všude. Už budu chodit jen za nimi ( a to to mám přes celé město). Vřele doporučuji - je zbytečné přemýšlet o někom jiném, na tomto místě jsou profesionálové. Very helpful gentlemen. They solved the unsolvable problem by the next day and advised very well, even later on the phone. I wish such an approach to customers was everywhere. I'll just go after them (and I have it all over town). I highly recommend - it is useless to think about someone else, there are professionals in this place.
