Doporučuji prodejce při výběru telefonu či jakýchloli jiných výrobků Apple. Very nice demeanor, especially the willingness and patience in the requirements and complete handling of services. I really thank Mr. Adam Vacul for his willingness and patience. I recommend the retailer when choosing a phone or any other Apple product.

Neochota nabídnout alternativu nebo nějaké řešení, či se případně aspoň omluvit za vzniklý problém. Zboží jsem tedy nedostal a nejspíše ani nedostanu. Při opětovném pokusu telefonicky kontaktovat, v rozmezí 30minut nezvedli hovor. Ještě že jsem po nich nechtěl něco víc, jelikož by to bylo asi nad jejich síly. Po 10 minutách přeskakování na místě jsem teda šel poprosit jestli z nich je někdo v práci a pomohl mi s výběrem příslušenství . Tak na první dotaz které obaly na 13pro podporuji magsafe mi borec , hledíc stále do telefonu řekne : asi už jenom toto- a ukáže někde směrem ke krytům všech barev a velikostí . Ze by mi něco řekl ? Ne , hledíc do telefonu odchází opět zaujmout strategickou pozici na bar . Odcházím zklamaný z obchodu , nic méně ve středisku u konkurence jsem koupil vse co sem potřeboval . Škoda , tak dobrý obchod kterému pověst ničí zaměstnanci , které práce očividně vyloženě štve . The worst iStores store I've visited here.
