O	Ondřej Ondřej on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jedna hvězdička a to pouze proto, že se zadna dát nedá. Při rezervaci kurtu telefonicky vše v pořádku. Bohužel při příchodu a zaplacení nám poměrně arogantní správce oznámil, že nemáme vhodnou obuv a že nás nepustí hrát. Ani jeden z nás neměl s tou samou obuví nikdy, nikde v minulosti problém...správce nás ignorantsky odkázal k nějakému napisu na dveřích, který samozřejmě při telefonické rezervaci nikdo nezmínil a vrcholem bylo jeho konstatování, že na místním kurtu hrají první ligu a že nás tam s těmi boty zkrátka nepustí.... One star, and only because no one can be given. When booking the court by phone everything is fine. Unfortunately, upon arrival and payment, a relatively arrogant manager informed us that we did not have suitable shoes and that they would not let us play. Neither of us has ever had a problem with the same shoes, nowhere in the past ... the administrator ignorantly referred us to a sign on the door, which of course no one mentioned when booking by phone and the highlight was his statement that they play the first league on the local court and that They just won't let us in there with those shoes ....

The first time 2 days before and they told us to call the day of the reservation for confirming, because if a VIP had called we could not have booked the court (? What a policy!). So we called back the second time and they Confirmed it. The day arrives, we got there and they told us that there was NO reservation! We crossed the whole city to get there and to not find any booking! The calls were in Czech made by native people, so no misunderstandings. So why there was no reservation for us? So angry!!

Coming there for the first time, paid two hours, started pouring down at the end of the first and when asking the manager if we can postpone the second hour to a different day he very rudely let us know (thru a nice lady due to language barriers) that this is absolutely no option and we paid for that time and just lose the money. Second chance months later and he was nicer so probably depends on the mood :P
