Po 1měsíci vada, reklamoval jsem ji. Po 33dnech mi přišlo reklamované zboží zpět bez jakékoliv známky manipulace s ním (jen jiné víko od krabice) a žádné vyjádření k reklamaci. Odeslal jsem doporučeně odstoupení od smlouvy-nepřevzato, přišlo poštou zpět. Na telefon ani email nereagují...
Hrozné jednání.
Goods delivered quickly and in order-December 2020.
After 1 month of defects, I complained about it. After 33 days, the claimed goods came back to me without any sign of manipulation with it (just another lid from the box) and no comments on the complaint. I sent a registered withdrawal by non-acceptance, it came back by mail. They do not respond to the phone or email ...
Terrible behavior.
