★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well worth visiting, the history of this place is so interesting. The seemingly never ending tunnels around the fortifications gave some welcome shelter from the heat. A pertinent example of the propaganda used in the day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Real sense of honouring those who died even years later.
Graves are maintained and you have an opportunity to understand not just what it was like during WWII but also prior to this.
The opportunity to enter the crematorium and the exhibitions inside was one I will not forget. The feeling of respecting and remembering those who lost their life within the town has been done particularly well here whilst maintaining an element of authenticity.

It's a place you have to visit if you come at Terezin because of the history.
I can't say lots of things 'cause the place talks for itself!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A cemetery with the individual and later mass graves of those who died in the Gestapo prison, the Ghetto, the concentration camp and during the transportation from this town. This, again, reminds us of the useless waste of life during war. I also noted from dates on the tombstones that many died in early 1945, just before the war ended. Then be prepared for the further horror you will see in the Little Fortress, where many of these people died or were killed.
