★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tragédie. Vezmou si peníze a už o nich neuslyšíte. Přestanou komunikovat, neodpoví na telefon, na email. Prostě nic. Absolutně nedoporučuji.
Tragedy. They take the money and you won't hear about it anymore. Stop communicating, not answering the phone, emailing. Just nothing. I absolutely do not recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Výborná spolupráce po všech stránkách ( od vyhledání pramene - pukliny) , zhotovení projektové dokumentace, až po zhotovení samotné vrtané studny. Jsem moc rád, že jsem narazil na
p. Šustra. Strávené dva dny s touto firmou mi daly hodně. Vše na čem jsme se domluvili bylo dodrženo. Žádné km vrtání navíc. Prostě paráda.
PS: Když vám vrták nezvedá telefon, není to tím, že s vámi nechce mluvit, ale je to tím ze vrtá ( rámus jako prase ). Bohužel za dvě přestávky na jídlo nejde uspokojit 100 dalších zákazníků na telefonu. Klobouk dolu před vaší prací.
Více takových lidí v řemesle.

Excellent cooperation in all aspects (from finding the source - crack), making project documentation, to making the drilled well itself. I'm so glad I came across
Mr. Šustra. Spending two days with this company gave me a lot. Everything we agreed on was kept. No extra drilling. Just great.
PS: When a drill doesn't pick up your phone, it's not that he doesn't want to talk to you, but it's because he drills (noise like a pig). Unfortunately, it is not possible to satisfy 100 other customers on the phone in two food breaks. Hats off before your work.
