Very helpful and pleasant saleswoman (short black hair). Without her advice and interest, we otherwise left with the undefeated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Koupila jsem si zde dvě pánve řady premium stone a po několika použitích si je prostě nemůžu vynachválit ! Jsou vhodné snad na všechny druhy pokrmů, od vajíček, přes smažení až po kvalitní hovězí stejky. Mezi další benefity musím rozhodně zařadit snadné umývání, které je důsledkem především kvalitního povrchu, ke kterému se nic nepřipaluje. Dále musím pochválit mladého zaměstnance (krátké vlasy, kolem 20ti let), který se mi věnoval a pomohl mi s výběrem, narozdíl od straší znuděné pani postávající opodál.
I bought two premium stone pans here and after a few uses I just can't praise them! They are suitable for almost all types of food, from eggs, through frying to quality beef steaks. Among other benefits, I must definitely include easy washing, which is the result of a high-quality surface to which nothing burns. I also have to praise a young employee (short hair, around 20 years old) who took care of me and helped me with the selection, unlike the haunted bored lady standing nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zakoupili jsme v tomto obchodě šuplíky do lednice. Zkoušeli jsme je do 4 lednic, ani do jedne nepasovaly. Sli jsme je tedy vrátit. Řekli, že penize nevrací a ze nam daji poukázky, ale poukazky maji jen v hodnotě tisic a petset, zboží bylo v hodnote 2400,- takže jsem byla donucena jeste doplatit 100,- aby mi mohla dat poukazky za zboží, co jsem vracela, protoze "JINAK TO UDELAT NEUMI".. tohle fakt neni normalni. Jdu vratit zbozi a musim jeste doplatit. Takhle se dela obchod.. uz nikdy vice!!!
We bought fridge drawers in this store. We tested them in 4 refrigerators, they didn't fit in any of them. So we went back to them. They said they didn't return the money and they gave us vouchers, but the vouchers were only worth thousands and pets, the goods were worth 2400, - so I was forced to pay another 100, - so she could give me vouchers for the goods I was returning, because "I CAN'T DO IT DIFFERENTLY" .. this is not really normal. I'm going to return the goods and I still have to pay extra. This is how business was done .. never again !!!
