★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vzhledem k jednání asi paní vedoucí(netuším jaké má ve skutečnosti postavení)tuto prodejnu nedoporučuji. Jednání této osoby je při nejmenším neprofesionální ,urážlivé a především z malé reklamace za 80 kč, jsem měla pocit že řeším reklamaci zboží za několik tisíc. Zbytečné komentáře, upozorňování a samotné jednání bylo trochu mimo. Vůbec jsem to nepochopila. Situaci jsem řešila v klidu, peníze mi byli vráceny, na koupi nového zboží na výměnu jsem již neměla ani pomyšlení. Do této prodejny se nevrátím, co kdybych náhodu chtěla vrátit něco co je nefunkční. Mohla bych být také ukamenována.
Due to the negotiations, I probably do not recommend the manager (I have no idea what her position really is). The conduct of this person is at least unprofessional, offensive and especially from a small complaint for 80 CZK, I had the feeling that I was solving a complaint about goods for several thousand. Unnecessary comments, warnings and the meeting itself were a bit off. I didn't understand it at all. I dealt with the situation in peace, the money was returned to me, I no longer even thought about buying new goods for exchange. I will not return to this store, what if I just wanted to return something that is non-functional. I could also be stoned.
